PATSY CLINE (1932 - 1963)
MUSIC ::: COUNTRY :::
She was a pioneer for women in Country Music as one of a small handful who first headlined shows over men. She also was one of the early singers to blur the lines between the pop and country charts. In one of those day the music died moments, Patsy, Hawkshaw Hawkins and Cowboy Copas all perished in an inclement weather plane crash. Her Walkin' After Midnight, Crazy, and I Fall To Pieces are more popular today than in her lifetime.
